Its scientific name is: Suricata suricatta. It is a mammal. It is a vertebrate. It lives in the Kalahari desert (Africa). They live in areas of savannah and open plains. They eat small invertebrates, eggs, vegetable components, they sometimes eat meat. They are long and slender. Their the tail is thin and tapered, is has alof of hair. Their ears are small. Their hair color is different, depending where they eive. The claws are addapted for digging.
